The 2025 K4DN Symposium will be held from November 10 (Mon) – 14 (Fri), 2025, at the Academic Cultural Complex (E9) 5F Chung Kunmo Conference Hall, John Hannah Hall, KAIST, Daejeon, South Korea. Please refer to the following important deadlines
to ensure your participation.
All deadlines end at 11:59 PM Korea Standard Time (KST).
Take advantage of early registration discounts
- Student / Postdoc : ₩150,000 / $150
- Principal Investigator (PI) : ₩250,000 / $250
- Student / Postdoc : ₩200,000 / $200
- Principal Investigator (PI) : ₩300,000 / $300
By submitting your abstract by this date, you can
- Choose to be considered for a short talk presentation. (Please indicate your preference when submitting your abstract.)
- Have your abstract included in the official symposium program.
Late submissions will be accepted under the following condition
Only poster abstracts will be accepted. Short talk consideration will not be available.
Important Information on Abstract Submission
- All abstracts are peer-reviewed by the meeting organizers, and acceptance is based on the quality of the scientific content.
- Organizers may select some abstracts for oral presentations as part of the program.
- Poster space may be limited, so we strongly recommend submitting your abstract as early as possible.
Registration Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made by the end of August will be eligible for a refund, minus a processing fee of KRW 75,000 / USD 75.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after August 31.
- Cancellations can only be processed via bank transfer.
- To request a cancellation, please send an email to the contact below.
Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed.
